As of now I am still searching for the perfect training plan to fit my busy schedule.  Between work, commuting and speding time with my wife and daughters,  I always find myself training at 5am in order to get the miles in.

I have stumbled upon a great triathlon resource website online form where I was able to download some good tips and plans.  There is also the 220 Triathlon short and long distances trianing plans which I could adapt to my schedule.

Over the next couple of weeks I should have a definite schedule and stick to it in order to, hopefuly, improve my times.
