This week was off from training, or at least partially off! We went on a cruise with the NCL Epic ship from Barcelona to various ports in the Mediterranean and we absolutely loved it. It was partially off because my wife and I squeezed in 5 workout session on the ship's amazing gym in order to not get too rusty by the time we'd get back to the UK to our normal schedule.
